The New Lodge

The New Lodge reflects characteristics of the main Clubhouse, including large, exposed beams on the interior, as well as towering stone walls and columns on the exterior. The facility balances well with the aesthetics of the existing Club amenities, but at the same time, it is a unique structure with its own personality and traits.

Enter through the eight-foot knotty alder doors to over 4,000 square feet of luxury living located on the course just off of the ninth hole. Black walnut floors lead you upstairs into the facility that has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, which can be rented separately or together. The bedrooms on either side of the facility offer adjoining doors, which are great for families to stay together when more than a single room is needed. Each bedroom features 16 foot ceilings with a king bed, full bathroom with heated floors, private deck, and its own independent heating and air conditioning unit.

The shared kitchen and living area is fully equipped with a full sized gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, dining room table, flat screen TV, and seating area. Exposed beams complete the living area with a majestic full-length view through the glass gas fireplace, which can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Walking out to the rear of the facility, through the sliding doors, brings you to the 1,500 square foot patio with a 48 inch fire pit and a clear view of the Clubhouse. The lower level of the facility includes a common area with the convenience of a full size refrigerator and kitchen sink, as well as a half bath, washer, and dryer.
